What should I do if I receive the product I ordered in a damaged condition?

In case I return a product, how will I receive the refund of payment?

In case you opt for a refund of payment for any reason, we refund your money through the same mode as used to make the payment. Such refund will be made within 15-20 working days after returned product has been received by us. A quality check will be conducted and then the refund process will be initiated. However, SVTM's decision will be final.

Do I have to pay the money for shipping the product back to you?

While refunding for the returned product, shipping charge, processing fee and bank transaction charges shall be deducted and the remaining amount shall be credited to your bank account through the same payment mode which you used to make the purchase.

What is the procedure to return the product back to SVTM within 7 days?
