Do pendants come with the chain?
Most of the pendants do not come with a chain. You can have a look at the chains category and then decide upon the chain you need for the pendant of your choice. You can select your own chain, depending on the length you require for the pendant.
Is it possible to get a ring in a size that is not available on your site?
We believe 'Customer is King'. So yes, you can get the ring made according to your size even if you do not find it on our website. You can contact us either through our customer support or call us <numbers>.
How will I know the correct ring/bangle size I need?
You can make use of our size guide for rings and bangles to know the exact size.
What do I do if the ring/bangle I purchase from you doesn’t fit me?
Please ensure that you select the correct ring/bangle size. We cannot make any alterations in case you select the wrong size.Any alteration in size if insisted by the customer will be made at extra cost.It will include all the shipping costs(To & fro) and any additional cost if required.
Is my jewellery certified?
All jewellery bought from our store is certified. All our gold jewellery comes with a BIS hallmark and our diamonds will be certified by IGI/GIA/HKD which are some of the most respected and trusted diamond-grading bodies in the world.
What does customization mean?
Jewellery can be made with a different gemstone or a different purity or metal. It can also be made to a different size. We will work according to your specifications.
Can I customize my jewellery?
Yes, you can customize your jewellery. In case you need any alterations in a jewellery design, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Do necklaces displayed on your website include the back chain?
Necklace displayed on the site do not include back chain. You can buy them separately on our website under the miscellaneous category. However, all the necklaces are provided with a rope tassel.
Is it possible for me to buy a part of the jewellery from the product listed, say only the necklace without earring?

How is the pricing of the product determined?
You will find a detailed break-up of the price given under each product. This price is inclusive of the cost of the metal used, stone charges, diamond charges, value-additions (making charge, wastage) and the applicable taxes.
