Are there any additional charges for international shipping?
The shipping charges may vary from product to product, depending upon the country where it has to be delivered. The international shipping charges will be displayed at the final checkout.
What do shipping charges include?
Shipping charges typically include logistics charges, custom clearance charges and product insurance. It does not include the customs duty levied as per the laws of the destination country. Such levies have to be borne by the customer, wherever applicable.
What is your Returns and Refunds policy for international orders?
In case of international orders, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of products.
What standard do you use for the ring size and the bangle sizes mentioned on your site?
We have mentioned the Indian size on our website. You can also use the international conversion chart to know the correct size.
Is there any charges borne by the customer while receving the jewels?
VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and will be borne by the customer. In very few/very rare cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order.
